By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
The Site is a marketing and recruitment website. The Operator is not a law firm and does not provide legal services through the Site. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal advice, attorney advertising, or the formation of an attorney-client relationship. Legal services are provided exclusively by Lina’s regulated law firms (operating from lina.law and partner firms in other jurisdictions) under separate engagement terms.

Information you submit is processed in line with our Privacy Policy. Do not transmit confidential or privileged information until a formal engagement is in place with one of Lina’s regulated law firms.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, illustrations, logos, code, and the “Lina” word mark — is owned by the Operator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may share links to publicly accessible pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Any other reproduction, distribution, republication, or adaptation requires prior written permission.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including lina.law). The Operator does not control and is not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Your interactions with any third-party site are governed by that site’s own terms and privacy policy.
